AUTUMN COOLING

Summer is past and the market seems like it has cooled. Unfortunately, it only seems like it because there is not enough real estate to go around. Demand continues to set records as low inventory does the same. With the election settled and continued interest in living the Okanagan dream, it is unlikely the market will reverse its upward course this year.

Seasonal Markets

We are often asked when is the best time to sell real estate? Common thought is the spring. While it is true that the spring is very busy, historically the end of September to the end of November is actually the busy season for the OKLG. People who visited in the Summer decide that the Okanagan is a good place to live and want to buy here.
