As spring comes to the Okanagan we continue to see unprecedented record breaking sales through the entire market. Multiple competing offers on homes have become the norm on all but the highest priced properties. With inventory down almost 52% on single family homes, and sales up 100% the market will likely continue its upward trend throughout the year.
