Hikers and thrill-seekers, rejoice! Surrounded by three mountain ranges — the Columbia Mountains to the east, the Cascades to the southwest, and the Coastal Mountains to the west — the Okanagan Valley is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Okanagan real estate promises stunning vistas of lakes and valleys from your hillside property and an invigorating active lifestyle in the mountains.
Every day will feel like a vacation in a luxurious Okanagan property, with mountain ranges virtually in your backyard and picture-perfect views of the valley and the sparkling Okanagan Lake, all while being only a short drive away from the bustle and conveniences of downtown Kelowna.
Just to the north of the city centre, panoramic Dilworth homes on substantial, mature lots boast stunning views of the city and access to multiple public parks, including the eponymous Dilworth Mountain Park, which rises roughly 1,000 feet over the Okanagan Valley. Spot distant mountains and Okanagan Lake from the family-friendly trail, as well as Kelowna’s official flower, the Arrowleaf Balsamroot, a plant in the sunflower tribe native to North America.
West Kelowna real estate has the best of both worlds, with expansive lakefront views and proximity to the picturesque Rose Valley Regional Park and other green spaces and hiking trails, all in one peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood.
Find your paradise in the south Kelowna neighbourhood of Upper Mission, surrounded by several small mountains. One of the most popular neighbourhoods in the city, Upper Mission homes offer scenic views of the lake and downtown and quick access to the hiking and biking trails and lookout points of Cedar Mountain Regional Park, Kuiper’s Peak Mountain Park, and more.
The Okanagan’s unique geography means wherever you choose to settle — Glenmore or Black Mountain, Lake Country or Peachland — you’ll never have trouble escaping to the mountains.
The Okanagan’s mountains beckon year-round, with plenty of hiking and mountain-biking trails to explore in warmer weather, and skiing, snowboarding, and more during the winter months.
There’s no need to travel far from your Kelowna home for a hike or bike ride. Blue Grouse Mountain in West Kelowna boasts an eight-kilometre trail with a panoramic summit view of the Okanagan Valley, which nearly extends from Vernon to Penticton, and the remnants of a once-active gold mine not far from the top. Boucherie Mountain, also in West Kelowna, Knox Mountain in the heart of downtown, and Myra-Bellevue’s historic rail trail are other wonderful local alternatives.
Further afield, adventurous souls can climb Terrace Mountain, one of the three tallest peaks in the Central Okanagan, for its 360-degree summit views. At Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park, just south of the city, explore the naturally rugged landscape of grasslands, mountain lakes, and spruce-fir forests only accessible on foot, bike or horseback. Reach the top and be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Monashee Mountains to the east, and lake views to the west. A haven for enthusiastic boaters, the park takes up a significant part of Okanagan Lake between Penticton and Kelowna. In the winter, it’s also a popular destination for snowshoers.
Once the snow arrives, slalom down the hills at one of the region’s many ski resorts, such as Crystal Mountain and Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna, or SilverStar Mountain Resort outside of Vernon. Strap on your cross-country skis or snowshoes and trek through some fresh powder in one of the Okanagan’s 60 provincial parks.
Okanagan properties offer the perfect combination of magnificent mountain scenery and an active lifestyle all year round. Let us help you find your future home amid the hills.

Originally got Brody Mader's name when I contacted his firm in Kelowna after doing about 3 months of research with multiple sales organizations on the 'Net prior to putting our home in the Lower Mainland up for sale. He responded to my request for assistance but at no time pressured us to make a quick decision, even after our home sold much more quickly than anticipated and we were in a bit of a panic. He patiently led us through the home selection process, introducing us to completely new areas with preparation, guidance and thoughtful comment. That was about 6 months ago. We are now completely satisfied with our purchase and our new neighbourhood. As such, we would not hesitate to recommend Brody to anyone contemplating a move.

Your professionalism and assertiveness made our home purchase process so efficient and stress-free. What stands out even more is the personal commitment and friendly follow-ups after the move as well as real estate market advice years later.
— Doris and Ron
Most importantly, our needs and interests were always put before making a sale.

I had the opportunity to work with Kaity when I was looking for a home to buy last year. I absolutely loved hanging out with Kaity and looking at places, she kept me well informed of all properties that came up that would meet my criteria. And was most helpful with information leading me to house insurance, law firms etc… Always on time and very accommodating. I would use the team at Okanagan Lifestyle again in a heartbeat.

Our agent Kaity has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process of buying our home and selling our townhome. Kaity has always answered our calls and is very good at getting back to you immediately. She looked after all our needs and questions right away and made herself available at all times. Kaity even went the extra mile to make us a custom photo book of our first home so we could always remember where our family started, what a gift to treasure forever! Kaity deserves to be recognized by your company as she is a true gem and that is hard to come by these days! We can't say enough good things about her and have already recommended her to a few friends!
